The year 2010 is also awarded “The Year of Portuguese”. The Portuguese Tourbillion Manual-winding Watch functions as the bridge of the past and the present for IWC watches.

Merging the eternal and refined design elements with the first fine watch making technique, the Portuguese watches series is esteemed for  concision and simpleness.  Consequently, they are pursued and complimented by many watch gatherers and experts. This Portuguese Tourbillion Manual-winding Watch, on the one side features the classic trait, while on the other side is marked with fashionable style. Combined with stainless steel and original pocket watch clock mechanism, the watch indicates itself with traits from the introductory Portuguese pocket watch 70 years ago.  There are two models for this manual-winding watch series.

The second dial at 6 is constrasting to the black dial, with the red number “60″ prominent.  The other possesses a silver dial and rose gold markings and pointers. It takes a light grey second watch, which is vividly eye-catching. Both ways hold the traditional track-like bezel with nickel silver 3/4 pallet and lengthened pointers. The clock mechanism is the IWC self-made 98295 clock mechanism, which embraces a brilliant  style of the introductory Jones’ clock mechanism. Through these two calm merciful watches, IWC once again speaks highly of the original Portuguese wristwatches that even in the outdistanced past, the Portuguese wristwatches are almost the perfect mechanical watches. In conclusion, combining the present with the past, the IWC Portuguese Tourbillion Manual-winding Watch could be claimed to be the witness of time.
